Once again, poor service from @tfwrail at Shrewsbury. Broken down trains (new units too!) and cancellations. Little or no announcements and severe overcrowding with angry passengers. Now on a hastily arranged bus replacement to Hereford.

Tim started off as a volunteer in outpatients before becoming a HCA; Tim speaks highly of the friendly and supportive outpatients’ team. Tim also assists our chaplain in a time of prayer and quiet for hospital staff for all faiths and none. #amazingWVTvolunteers #amazingWVTstaff

Reflecting on a great week at RCN Congress in Brighton with rep colleagues, Charley and Lauren. Great debate and fringe discussions. It was great for us to meet and chat with Pat Cullen too. I’ve also signed up to be an RCN Champion for RCN Workforce Standards in our hospital.
