Getting a chance to work with some HS QBs today, always excites me to throw some nuggets their way! Hardest part is having to spend so much time on the basics when you only have a couple days with them, BUT at the same time, LEARN THE BASICS AND IT WILL CARRY YOU FOREVER! So many young guys don’t really know the keys to throwing a football, they just picked up a ball, threw it well enough & didn’t look back… the hope is to teach them to let their body lead them, when it does the consistency improves! I always say, I wish I could know what I know now & could have taught it to young Kurt when I was playing, I believe. I would have been better! Trying to help these young guys & coaches understand so they aren’t wishing that 20 yrs from now!
