Curious if anybody else has had @Citibank send a check from their account to the wrong person with Bill Pay on autopay. This would make a great class action lawsuit if so.

@Citibank My rent is on autopay. One month you randomly sent it to the wrong person and address, a clear error. Landlord never received it, receiver deposited it. You have a pic of the check! You do not need a notorized affadavit for this! Reimburse me now! @NewYorkStateAG

This is 100% Citibank's fault and if I have to jump through hoops to get it back, the hoop will be filing a lawsuit against Citibank. Return my money immediately without asking for further paperwork. Citibank is 100% at fault and has 100% of all the records.

I've been a customer for over 30 years, not complained about a single thing once. But when Citibank sends my money to a stranger, I expect it to rectify the situation on its own.

As far as I can tell, the fire got surrounded and contained relatively quickly, was limited to one pretty small hill, and is totally out now.
