My story in online business:
(2,5 years of failures)
First business?
Translating English websites into German.
Realized Google could do it in less than a second (and better). š¤¦āāļø
Moved on.
Failed a couple more businesses.
So far? $0 made.
Realized I needed to learn a skill.
Chose webdesign.
Made my first money designing websites.
Worked 12h per day to get new clients. Existing clients churned. I crashed and burned.
Back to square one.
Started writing on X as a "self-improvement guru."
Quickly grew to 1,000 followers.
Fell in love with writing.
Realized that a 20-year-old giving life advice was perhaps a little ... hypocritical. š
Switched to copywriting.
Wrote every day for 1 year.
Grew my brand to 2,000 followers.
Coached people on growing on X (not my proudest moment).
Quit that.
Invested $16,000 in copywriting education.
Signing actual copywriting clients.
Now?
I've still got a long way to go.
But I've built the business I dreamed of ... found my life's calling ... and served 12 clients.
The circumstances have often changed.
One thing that hasn't?
The unshakable attitude of "fuck it, I'll figure it out."
Take that risk.
Let the universe do the rest. āļø
