My story in online business: (2,5 years of failures) First business? Translating English websites into German. Realized Google could do it in less than a second (and better). šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø Moved on. Failed a couple more businesses. So far? $0 made. Realized I needed to learn a skill. Chose webdesign. Made my first money designing websites. Worked 12h per day to get new clients. Existing clients churned. I crashed and burned. Back to square one. Started writing on X as a "self-improvement guru." Quickly grew to 1,000 followers. Fell in love with writing. Realized that a 20-year-old giving life advice was perhaps a little ... hypocritical. šŸ˜… Switched to copywriting. Wrote every day for 1 year. Grew my brand to 2,000 followers. Coached people on growing on X (not my proudest moment). Quit that. Invested $16,000 in copywriting education. Signing actual copywriting clients. Now? I've still got a long way to go. But I've built the business I dreamed of ... found my life's calling ... and served 12 clients. The circumstances have often changed. One thing that hasn't? The unshakable attitude of "fuck it, I'll figure it out." Take that risk. Let the universe do the rest. āœŒļø

I landed a $2,400 copywriting client. Without sales calls. Now I'm revealing the exact 1,674-word Google Doc that sealed the deal. (Including a 19-minute video breakdown). Grab it for $0 below: tim-schreiber.com/proposal

Might need to adjust some goals here. My goal for squats is now 195kg. I just squatted 145kg x 7. If I stay injury-free, deload every 8 weeks, and stay consistent... this is very realistic. Also making great progress in pullups. Hopefully I'll be at 60kg 1RM by December. Only thing that's behind is dips. Humerus has been injured for 2 months now - but almost healed. Only thing that can stop me is injury.

Fitness goals for 2025: • 80kg dips • 50kg pullups • 210kg deadlift • Run a marathon • 5k <20 minutes (ez) • Half marathon <1:30h • 150kg squat (I hate squats) 2025 = strength and endurance.

Email marketers: You just need to sell ONE product. Just one. Do anything in your power to get your customers to experience what it's like buying from you. Then… blow them away. Condition them to associate relief, excitement, even amazement with you. Now? They'll be (almost) addicted to your offers. All that's left to do now? Keep showing up in their inboxes, make offers, and overdeliver. A great email business isn't only built in the emails... It's built in the offers.

Remember: You're not selling to a 'customer avatar' ... you're selling to actual people. People with: • Stories • Feelings • Thoughts Meet them where they are at. • How did they get here? • What did they do before this? • What are they thinking right now?

What's real power? To me, it's holding these 2 beliefs in mind at the same time: 1. I am enough right now 2. But I'm still capable of so much more

Copywriting is communication. Communication is energy transfer. So step #1 of writing good copy is to cultivate the thrill of owning the product in yourself. (Hint: this won't work if you don't believe in what you're selling)
