During this #WorldCup whatever you do, don’t order from @UberEats . They do sneaky things and change the way their system works and then they try and blame the customer.

I’ll be shocked if @UberEats actually has the online presence to reach out and make it right. I’ve tried with 3 agents now. 0 success, 0 attempts to make it right, and of course 0 accountability. Cant wait for the charge to post so I can get a real company on it. @Uber_Support

If you have to add 2 items to your cart to get the second one free then that’s NOT CALLED BUY ONE GET ONE FREE!! That’s called buy 2 for the price of one. Figure it out @UberEats and get some real customer service. @Uber_Support

At one point I felt this strongly about the @Hertz customer service. At which point they reached out to me and I have nothing but nice things to say about them… could you guys teach @UberEats @Uber_Support how to treat customers please?
