@bbctms my son Harry is halfway through a 90ish mile run from Edgeware to Cirencester for @MindCharity in memory of his mum who passed away 5 years ago. He's a cricketer plays for @CarsonsMangCC in Bristol. A shout out to him/mention would definitely help his energy levels!!!

If I hear another club talk about “development teams” & pathways🤯
You can’t just stick young players in a team, with absolutely no plan for supporting them individually & call it “development”.
It’s just warehousing players.
Development is how players move from A to B to C.
