In conclusion, Kotek couldn’t allow the bipartisan -2 to HB2098 since she owes the unions for her election. We had the votes. Instead, because of the lack of leadership in this state for infrastructure, we’re at risk of leveraging BILLIONS of dollars of fed dollars. #orleg 18/
