Eat less. Move more. Easier said than done but its just that simple.
First spin class today. What a workout! Next week - harder and faster.
Saw hottest guy in the pool. Amazing tone. Adding swimming to my workout routine!
Aqua aerobics tonight. Not very gracefully but def could feel the burn. Water is great resistance - jumping jacks are killer!
If you want to change, you've got to make a change. Get moving. Eat right. Drink plenty of water. Don't ever give up.
I love exercising with mirrors - not only can I check my posture, I can take a good look & know my body will never look the same again.
Curbing post exercise cravings with spinach, tom yum soup (yum in more ways than one!!) a glass of skimmed milk and lots of water.
If sweat is your fat crying, mine was weeping like a 'best actress' at the Oscars.
Step class today = killer! Motivation - with every step my body is getting stronger.
There are 7 days in the week, but none of them are 'some day'. #motivation #fitness #getmoving
Hopefully a digital diary will help keep me working hard and I can inspire just a couple of people out there too #fingerscrossed
