I've said this before, but the best whisky investment you can make is to share a bottle with friends or family...make some memories that will last forever and won't lose their value. Oh, and you won't have to worry about being arrested for selling whisky illegally.

Buying whole casks? Make sure you're getting a cask that's already been filled. Ask the #Aussies who invested in Nant Distillery's cask sales scheme several years ago only to find out later that the casks were never filled before the distillery went into receivership.

BREAKING: Stone & Wood have been bought by Lion.
The deal sees the independent brewing industry lose its most successful member, with other brands in the Fermentum Group, including Fixation and Two Birds, also joining the Kirin-owned multinational.
