π¨LET'S CHANGE THE NARRATIVE
Today I tipped a young South African guy, probably around 20 years old, for taking up a job at a car wash.
It wasn't about the tip. It was about showing appreciation for a young person who chose honest work over sitting at home waiting for opportunities to come to him.
Laziness must fallππππ
Let's stop saying South Africans don't want to work. Every honest job deserves respect - whether it's washing cars, gardening, plumbing, carpentry or construction.
Success doesn't start with the perfect job. It starts with taking the opportunity that's in front of you and building from there.
To every young South African willing to work with their hands: I salute you. You are changing the narrative one job at a time.
Respect honest work πΏπ¦π
