#omahasteaks Really disappointed in Omaha Steaks. My father has been using them for years for Christmas gifts. This year ours was late, thawed, leaking. Their AI customer service is awful. Wait times to get replacement was 219 minutes last night. What happened? They suck.

@westerndigital I have a WD black HDD that I bought in November but just around to installing yesterday. It does not work. Trying to get warranty service has been an absolute joke. I've been loyal to WD for years, so this is bullshit. Why can't you help?

Your website is broken, and all I get from customer service is delays or "come back in two to three hours and try again." It has failed FIVE TIMES. You guys are awful.
