NY Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) presents herself as a “mom from Buffalo.” But she's now a NYC resident — at least for tax purposes — which means her $1.86M income last year would be captured by an income-tax hike sought by Mayor Zohran Mamdani that she opposes.
