@CapitalOne iโ€™ve tried disputing a credit card claim from a faulty product that merchant sent and is refusing to respond to my follow up request to return/refund. Youโ€™re claims business is allowing for this scam business to get away with it

Being a leader means identifying a gap that exists in a team or org and stepping up to fill it without being asked. The further you go in your career, the more you'll find yourself stepping into leadership roles that no one asked for and that you don't feel qualified to be in.
