My flight from RSW to DFW on @AmericanAir They put a passenger with a broken shoulder in the exit row with me. How is that ok? Passenger even admitted shoulder was broken and couldn’t lift bag!!

Don was awesome on my flight today 2927 on @AmericanAir in 20 years of flying I’ve never had an FA do a formal presentation to First class introducing himself and summary of the service. Wow.
