Toast Wallet has been removed from App Stores in protest at the abysmal treatment of community developers by Ripple. Existing Toast installs will continue to work and funds are safe. We await a clear and transparent community developer support programme from xPring.
Existing Toast Wallet installs will continue to work indefinitely on all devices, as they do not depend on any central server we run/ran. However you will receive no updates (including security updates) so it is advisable that you move to wallet that is currently being maintained
The final builds before Toast shut down will be placed into the github repository for anyone who needs access to them, and the browser version will be moved to a github pages also under that repo. Again we don’t recommend these are used except for migration purposes.
Toast Wallet’s Apple App Store listing should be reinstated by the end of the week. Their internal systems are bugged and think our developer agreement hasn’t been signed when it has. Working through it with them now.
Do you like your address icons in @ToastWallet? Now you can also see them in #Bithomp 🥳 (The same icon for both x-address and r-address)
P.S.: It's another great idea from @codetsunami 😎

Never coded before, but curious how coding something on the #XRP ledger works? You'll go from zero to connecting to the XRPL and fetching your own account balance in 30 minutes 😎

Think of it like this: Your XRPL account has two addresses. An r- address and an X-address. Sort of like living on the corner of two roads. Nothing changes when you switch between addresses, the account is in the same spot on the ledger.
Dest tags have been a pain point for far too long on the XRPL. It’s time for everyone to move to X-addresses. For those new to the concept check out xrpaddress.info
Toast Wallet 3.0.0 is now available on iOS Android Windows Mac Linux and Browser. In this version: Full X-Address support, graphical updates, selectable valuation currency, deep link support and numerous minor bug fixes.
The best way to store your $XRP is to put it in a secure #wallet. Don’t have one? Here’s an in-depth guide which will walk you through the process of creating a @ToastWallet for #XRP. Check it out! blog.coingate.com/2019/02/ho…
Apple has kindly agreed to let us publish our bug fix update which fixes a clipboard bug in Toast (a bug that they themselves created in iOS 12.2.) Update from the App Store and you’ll be able to use clipboard again!
