When sane people invest at SpaceX, they are buying into a narrative of infinite expansion. Dangote refinery’s margins are capped by the crack spread, the difference between the price of raw crude and the price of refined products

From the very first consultation, it was clear she had to leave the job. So, I helped her create a plan to land more meaningful roles and improve her situation. But every time she came back, she had one excuse or another. She wouldn't act. She could, but she wouldn't. Ability ✅ Willingness ❌ Last year, her company earmarked her for redundancy. That afternoon, she called me, cried so much, and then we went back to basics. I didn't change a thing in the original plan. Tell me why she had 3 offers in her hands within a month? Just one month. Even I was shocked!!!! The biggest motivator is the feeling of deprivation. So if you are moving slowly to change your life, create an artificial deprivation event and see how your life transforms.

Delusion is an active agent in your success recipe. Disconnect completely from what’s realistic and chase the ‘unthought’, ‘unseen’, and ‘undone’, and you will have plenty.

Gentlemen, when someone misbehaves, do not react so angrily that your response overshadows the initial misbehaviour and now becomes the issue. Don’t end up being the one needing to apologise when you were initially the victim of bad behaviour. Be clear that you will not accept or tolerate the misbehaviour, but be measured in how you express your disapproval. This is especially important when you are in a position of authority over the other person. It is also especially important in your relationship with your woman. I am Ezemmuo. I know things.

The idea that Arsenal became a cultural phenomenon because it signed Black players is too simplistic. Like much of London, Arsenal positioned itself as a club that extended belonging towards the margins. Not racial margins alone, but the margins of football's imagination. Kanu arrived after heart surgery that could have ended his career. Bergkamp arrived carrying the weight of a disappointing spell at Inter. Henry arrived as a talented but unsettled player still searching for his place. Kolo Touré was potential before proof. Arteta arrived as a midfielder many thought was entering decline, only to be entrusted with the captaincy. Wenger himself was a foreign manager challenging the assumptions of English football. The pattern was not diversity for its own sake. It was recognition before validation. Arsenal repeatedly seemed willing to see people not simply as they were, but as they could become. It trusted before consensus arrived. It built a reputation for offering a second chance, a fresh start, or a path to fulfilment where others saw limitation, uncertainty, or decline. That is why former players, injured players, and out-of-contract players so often found their way back to Arsenal. The club developed a reputation for treating people as more than their immediate utility. Representation matters. But recognition creates loyalty. People did not just see players who looked like them. They saw an institution that appeared willing to enlarge its definition of who belonged.

Excellent game from the Arsenal. Taking the defending champions down to the wire and losing on PKs is not child’s play at all. Arteta builds upon his experience at the highest level again. He should have been bolder and played his game even after scoring early. When he brought on his creative players, the game swung in our favour but we had lost time. Let’s enjoy our Premier League win and go again next season. COYG 🚀

Here’s a piece of unsolicited advice for Men with money entering relationships: A lot of your relationships fail because you started with an unsustainable version of you. Sometimes when we love someone, we try to secure that love through too much effort, attention, gifts, or availability too early. “You can kill a new plant by watering it too much.” The problem with doing too much too early is that your initial effort becomes the standard. A relationship that starts at 100 has nowhere natural to grow. When you give too much too early, the relationship skips the stage where you 2 gradually learn to love each other in a realistic way. Your effort becomes your identity in the relationship. So when you reduce that effort later, it feels like less love to the other person whereas you’re just dealing with life. When you have money, it’s tempting to do too much too early. But it’s usually a bad idea even if you can afford it.
Once, I told an ex I’m running low on my reserve and might be broke in 3 months. She toke her things and disappeared in less than 2 months. Was disappointed but her move drove my monthly expenses from like e.g: £4k to under £1k. Then I realised, I wasn’t really broke, hehe.
