I have had a great time reading my own posts about the Twins! A little bit of a roller coaster ride there Tom. They are great! They are horrible! I think I might have a little emotional trouble when it comes to the Minnesota Twins!

OK full disclosure, Kathryn said Tom you can’t go through 5 more months without watching the Twins! Let’s just give tonight’s game a whirl……the Twins are winning 7-0.

Well I was wrong, the Twins are worse than I thought, losing two out of three to one of the world teams in baseball, now THEY are one of the worst teams in baseball.

Well, proof there may be a Baseball god, the Twins next series is against one of the worst teams in baseball, the Mets 7-15. You better get the sweep here boys!

As you know I am a HUGE Twins fan. When the Twins play horribly, like they have lately, I have to step away for a while. I will be back when things get better. I love you Twins, but I cannot watch horrible series like the last 3 games.

You know, going through all of the comments about U S Presidents I have realized, although I have personally met a few and they were very pleasant, if you appointed me directly to the position I would pass. I like sitting on the porch reading a good book.

You know… I never thought the Twins were going to win ALL of their games but, every time they lose….. I HATE IT!!!…..dammit’

I have been asked to get back on morning radio. I do love morning radio. Let me know what you think, yes or no.

The Twins are really fun to watch so far this season, I know it’s really early but I am having a ball!!

Well the Twins won! The Masters was won by Rory, one helluva golfer! If an American didn’t win I guess watching a phenomenal golfer like Rory is OK!

My brother Terry Barnard has just died. Terry, you were my hero. I remember I was, by far the worst player on the ST Anne’s basketball team. You still showed up in your full Marine Corps uniform and after the game you said “ great game Tom I am proud of you” I didn’t score a point.

You are all unbelievable! Thank you so much for all of your kind thoughts, especially when my family is going to lose our oldest brother Terry. He was my hero as a little boy. I will tell the story again, Terry was in the US Marines during Vietnam, we were walking down Hennepin Ave, a guy hade an upside down American flag on his coat. Terry asked him to cover it up just until we walked past him he got the word fuck out but not the you part because he was unconscious on the sidewalk.

Man, I have had a magnificent weekend!!first I talked to Don Shelby, the legend. I love that man! Just now I talked to Mike Gelfand, another legend, I think God is telling me to get the band back together. I am a very lucky man!

I need your input. I am hoping I am wrong. Are the Twins as bad as they appear to be?! I hope not! The Twins have been my team since 1961!

Thank you all so much for your kind words about Phillip Wise. He was a SUPREME talent and a wonderful human being! Without a doubt the kindest person I ever met. Love you Philly! I am now certain there is a heaven because you deserve to be there.

I just watched Johnny Mathis’ final performance because of memory issues. It is tough to watch one of the greatest singers of all time wrap it up. Kathryn and I saw him 10 years ago and we both will never forget that night! Johnny retired 10 months ago.

I waited it out hoping it wasn’t true! Turns out a man I adored as a TRUE human being has indeed died! Phillip Wise was one of my best friends for 50 years, that’s why I waited hoping it wasn’t true. Well, it is. Philly Dog has died. I am crying as I write this. Love you Philly!
