Just learned about and am in love with the Thomas Hill Standpipe in Bangor. Must visit in 2025 when they resume open houses. Wrought iron water tower enclosed in beautiful wooden structure, built in 1897 and still in use!

Do I have this right? The MTA loves to say that the $300M Gorham Connector will be paired with public transit but METRO can only 'hope' that the Town will come up with $170k to keep the Husky Line as we know it ?
