Podcast alert - The way in which local councils decide how to support disabled schoolchildren is going to change. Parents are concerned. A couple of days ago, there was a protest against the changes in Liverpool where I caught up with some of the parents.

Yesterday, I tagged @TeamYouTube into a post because I have a problem with one of my YouTube accounts. After sending me round in circles, they ignored subsequent questions. It feels like ordinary people are of no concern to YouTube!
