Thank you Tom. Got in my car and hit the gas while in drive instead of reverse SO car landing down a few stairs and took out part of the fence! Neighbor ran over checked on us and pulled the car out and up where it goes. Ordered dinner out tonight! Iโm done!

1 fridge replace compressor
1 tile guy to repair shower tiles
2 dogs to keep away from contractors
