We are extremely proud to announce that our Annesley Gardens project has been nominated for the coveted European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – #EUmiesAwards2024, which was set up to “acknowledge and reward quality architectural production in Europe”.
ALT This new street was created by transforming a highly-constrained backlands site and turning it into 20 modern family homes that are sympathetic to the surrounding character of the area; including projecting bay windows, recessed entrance thresholds and individual ‘light chimneys’. Increasing densities close to existing services and transport links delivers on the government’s aspiration to build 40% of new homes within the built-up footprint of existing settlements. #miesvanderroheawards2024 #EUmiesAwards2024 #Architecture #Emerging

We are delighted that Planning Permission has been granted for the “Donore Project” located on the former St. Teresa’s Gardens lands in Dublin 8. Designed by Metropolitan Workshop for the @LDA_Ireland , the scheme will provide 543 social and cost rental homes in the city.
