So this week I completed the @cityandguilds Level 6 Diploma in Health and Safety Practice with @GowerCollegeSwa (subject to final iqa). Really proud to complete and big thanks to my @WelshAmbulance managers and colleagues who supported me throughout!!

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe led INEOS took over Nice in 2019 they have had 7 managers in 5 years.
The coaches didn't last 2 full seasons under INEOS. Ten Hag, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Dan Ashworth are gone in a space of weeks. The Glazers are still here.

For all the criticism of the Welsh Premiership today's final between @llandoveryrfc and @NewportRFC was a brilliant advert for the semi pro game in Wales. Two sides who want to play rugby. An amazing season comes to an end for the Drovers.
