📚 Confession: 🤔 I've been wrestling with some difficult questions about Islam. Not because I dislike Muslims. Quite the opposite. I went to school with Muslims. I had a Muslim uncle. My mother had a Muslim doctor she absolutely adored. The Muslims I've known throughout my life have generally been kind, decent people. ❤️ But over the last few years, I've also heard former Muslims who became Christians raise serious questions about the teachings, history, and origins of Islam. One thing I've learned over the last six years is that whenever I'm confronted with a difficult question, the answer is usually the same: 📖 Get educated. So that's what I'm doing. I've decided to spend the next few months studying Islam for myself—not through social media clips, headlines, or commentators, but through the actual source material. 📚 I'm reading the Quran, studying the life of Muhammad, and exploring perspectives from both practicing Muslims and former Muslims who left the faith. I'm not starting this journey with all the answers. I'm starting it with questions. ❓ My goal isn't to win an argument or confirm what I already believe. 🎯 My goal is to understand what's true.
