Bravo to those farmers already participating, such a great way to get the right discussions happening throughout the country. If you know a farmer who is still considering being a host, now is the time to give them some encouragement!

This kid just smacked out 100km in a K1 racing kayak in just on 12 hours. Unreal!! And what a big ticker, to do this not for personal gain, but to support Endometriosis New Zealand in the work they do helping Kiwi women who are affected by endo. Magnificent. #HazzasHundyforEndo

Big day for our little girl tomorrow, raising funds and awareness for @NZEndo as she strives to paddle 100km in her kayak. No idea if she will make it, but if anyone can, she can! We're tracking thanks to our friends at trackme.kiwi/event/unlistedv… gal.to/qrjtb

Dust can build up in the lungs and harm them gradually over time. Reminder: The effects are often not immediately obvious and by the time it is noticed the total damage done may already be serious and life changing. It may mean permanent disability and early death.
