Parents hitting 5 paragraph essays on Twitter, pretending to be their sons NEED TO CHILL! Your kid will get a ride on his talent… not your creative writing skills. What value would a program find in getting to know the middle aged parent version of your kid!? #control
Who would you say are the 10 best HS quarterbacks in Colorado History?
Steve Cutlip, Ryan Clement, Cyler Miles, Collin Klein, Justin Holland, Austyn Modrzewski are a few I’d put in the conversation.
Fastest 100M in Colorado history about to go down.
Veasley 10.4
Jaramillo 10.48
Johnston 10.49
Ruff 10.5
Lockwood 10.55
Matteson 10.57
whole pack in the 10.6 range
Don’t blink 🔥
Before you out of state guys run your mouth about Colorado speed bring those times to altitude
Watched a young man go 10.6 yesterday… after an 11.7 PR as a sophomore. You don’t get that jump
If you don’t run track. You don’t get that speed at your trainer 3 nights a week learning YouTube routes and doing Fortnite dances at 7on7… get fast first!!!
Ok, I get it… your post makes sense at its core, but show me the college with a $500 camp? Bama is $30… Iowa $65… CU $100
It’s these cash grab “You are Athlete” joints grabbing pockets. Not Colleges.
A program that wants you offers a scholarship.
A program that wants your money invites you to their $500 camp every single summer and never mentions a scholarship once.
The camp check clears either way.
Confirmed this AM @Jackfloodaub is a scam. Spoke with a representative in the Auburn athletic department. His “private camp” at Denver East will expose nothing but your pockets. Steer clear. Get a real job Jack
@coachwes_23 had this clown in my sons DM’s pitching a private camp hosted by Auburn at Denver East. I’m sure more than a few thirsty parents will get scooped for a few hundred bucks
Kids, including me, were transferring for sports even in the 90s. I didn’t follow a coach. But even if they are following a club coach or former coach, so what? Schools should be focused on having a staff that makes kids want to stay vs trying to trap kids in bad programs.
1.) drop your film tweets NEVER work! And they usually mute the tweet after doing it! It’s for their followers and analytics 🫣
2.) emails are the last thing you should use and are def not effective, ask a coach to show you how many unread emails he has 😂😂😂😂😂 I’ve been told by many coaches “if I want talent I know they aren’t going to be in my email.”
3.) you should feel you have college size and speed NOT just D1! It’s high quality football in many divisions not just D1!
4.) as a 2029 you are early in the process! Focus on training, getting right and getting ready for the season to POP on film! Once you pop on film believe me camps are the least of your worries they won’t be sending camp invites 😂
4.) follow more position assistant coaches!! They watch more film and does a lot of the evaluations 🫣
It’s more to this but it’s Twitter so can’t get to everything you can do
Dad in his car contemplating what he’s going to say on Facebook after his 5’10” Quarterback son who threw for 1700 yds and 12 touchdowns doesn’t get offered at Ohio State’s camp.
