Liberty Football has had plenty of success, even before the Fiesta Bowl season. 2020 in particular was electric. Led by Malik Willis, the Flames only loss was a 1 point loss at NC State. They had wins at Syracuse, at Virginia Tech, and an unbelievable Cure Bowl win vs Coastal Carolina.
