I don’t normally show my art (I don’t draw much anymore) but I started this piece back for #Corruptober of my Water Genasi being cooked alive by the magic bestowed upon her (she’s a warlock with an Ifreet patron). Got back to it this week and I’m actually proud of the results. 🙃

So yesterday, I went under anesthesia for the first time (fixing deviated septum). My biggest worry was what I’d say when I was loopy and coming out of anesthesia.
It was something along the lines of “Don’t worry, I’m a video game character.”

I finished painting my 77163 Reaper Storm Giant and 77162 Yephima Cloud Giant and colored them as a "matching set". I've been painting for 2 months now and these guys were my attempt at detail work, color theory, and wet blending. Storm giant below #RconShowcase2020

Finally watched Birds of Prey and I love it so much. I think it's one of my favorite comic book movies right now and it was so refreshing to have a comic movie with a female gaze.
