ALT “Patience”, a four-panel comic.
1. A large, rugged, intimidating badger sits impatiently at the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles). A fox trembles next to him as the badger’s number is called by a representative. “Number 78?”
2. The rep who called the badger from the queue, a brown, long-eared dog, sits at his desk as a large shadow of a man looms over him. “Alright. You listenin’?” The badger starts. “Cuz zI’m gonna talk real straight with you.”
3. The badger stands in a vulnerable stature. Scratching his belly nervously, looking away at the small rep. “It’s hards fer me bein’ in crowded places like this. M-Makes me anxious… ‘n talk funny. So, uh. I’m askin’ that you please be patience with me.”
4. The rep understands the badger’s plight clearly. Although his choice of words make it a little difficult, he assures the large, brave badger in kind. “Of course. We’ll get you out of here in no time, sir.”
The badger softens. “T-Thank yew. I apreeshutates yer kindness.”
I drew this based on a moment I witnessed in public. He struggled to put his breakthroughs in therapy into words, but he did.

ALT Sweat Hearts, a 4-panel comic.
1. Huely is laying across Gelle's lap, pondering deep thoughts with loose sketches and an outline of a comic he's making, sporting a pink pair of headphones nestled comfortably in his ears. Tears well in his eyes. His whimpers catch Gelle's attention.
"Oh--Huely? What's the matter, sweat heart?"
2. "Aw, I'm alright!" Huely reassures Gelle with a smile. Wiping a tear away from his own cheek. "I like listening to particular songs while I write. It inspires me when I need to plot out scenes in my comic."
3. Huely continues, "I can work this out in the other room, if you prefer."
Gelle smiles down at his fox with a heartfelt warmth. "No, it's alright, Huely. I understand perfectly."
4. Huely settles back into Gelle's lap, looking deeply at the page of his comic. Gelle wraps his hand around Huely's and finishes, "You inspire me, too."
ALT Sweat Hearts, a four-panel comic.
1. Huely and Gelle sitting together on a sofa. Huely has nervous body language as Gelle sits relaxed but comforting towards his friend.
Huely: “It’s my first kiss with another guy. What if I ruin it?”
Gelle: “Don’t worry, Huely. Just let me drive.”
2. They lock together in a tender, affectionate kiss.
3. They look at each other after the kiss breaks. Both of them looking like what they did felt right.
4. Huely: “…May I have my gum back?”
Gelle: “What? And ruin the moment?”
ALT A 4-panel, 1-off comic entitled “Ripped Search” featuring my interpretation of Fox and Wolf.
1. Wolf sits in a dark, rusted cel at gun point by Fox. Both are dressed in dessert-wandering garbs (a callback to the old Nintendo Power comics).
Wolf retorts, “Dammit, Fox! Can’t you jus’ take my word for it?! I’m not armed!”
2. “Right now, I’d prefer that you were.” Fox, being more than half-serious. He sighs, “Let’s just get this over with.”
Wolf stands and starts to pull away his layers. Mumbling, “Whatever.”
3. Wolf stands topless. Exposing his unexpectedly, absolutely chiseled upper body to Fox. His hands already tugging down his pants. Showing off the tight-fitting, makeshift underwear he sports.
“Ugh.” Fox reacts, knowing he must compose himself during this strip search. “Geeze, Wolf. That’s just so…”
4. Fox stands, squeezing his own scrawny arms. Completely taken off guard at Wolf’s physique. Blushing, he finishes his statement, “…Unnecessary.”
ALT 2-panel comic:
Panel 1: A large, black-furred lion kneels over a submissive Dalmatian. Assuming the “position”. The lion coos lustfully, “Damn baby—I’m gonna split you like firewood…”
Panel 2: The Dalmatian looks back at the lion over his shoulder, expressing concern for his own well-being. “Oh—please don’t do that. I actually don’t have health insurance.”

ALT 4-panel Sweat Hearts furry comic by me.
Panel 1: Huely and Gelle sitting together, catching their breath after an exhausting early-morning run together.
Gelle: Man, what a workout! I didn’t think I had it in me.”
Huely: “You took the words out of my mouth!”
Panel 2: Gelle smiles and stares at his fox. A brief silence comes between them.
“…What?” Huely asks, feeling a little awkward.
Panel 3: Gelle clasps hands with Huely unexpectedly. Pulling him in for a deep, passionate kiss.
Panel 4: “There—I put them back fer ya.” Gelle seems to be laughing at his own joke. Huely only wipes his mouth with his wrist, glaring at his Wolf with a cocky grin.
ALT Sweat Hearts - a four panel comic of a Fox and a Wolf, Huely and Gelle, getting to know one another.
1. While helping Huely unpack and settle into his new place, the boys kick back as he shows his friend, Gelle, his old speedrunning hobby. Gelle focusing more on the fox than the game on the screen.
Huely: “I started learning any% routes while I was in college. This one in particular is easy to pick up!”
2. “Usually you need 70 stars to get past the final Bowser door. But—with this route you only need 16 of them!”
3. Gelle (thinking to himself): “Oh no.”
Huely: “Watch this! This move is called Lakitu Skip!”
4. Huely: “Awh! I messed it up! Let me try again.”
Gelle (again thinking to himself): “He’s a nerd.” 💕
