The video of the scene at Magnolia and Joffre was pretty astounding when water crews arrived. That pitter patter isn't just water, that's the sound of small rocks being ejected from the leak and hitting equipment.

Crews are out this morning making repairs in the area of 1770 E. Riverside. Water service is currently off, and the crew estimates the outage will last approximately 2–3 hours.
