Funding for NHS staff well-being hubs expires in 11 days. They were set up to deal with covid related stress, but referrals are going up, not down.
Hubs were expecting a decision on renewing funding in December. No decision has been announced. mirror.co.uk/news/politics/sā¦

I donāt want to discourage black people from applying to the clinical psych doctorate because we are needed. But Iām being real, go where you are loved. Out of the 100s of trainees in my course only 3 are black ( inc. myself). One in each year. Imagine our experiences.
