TWO affordable housing projects are making progress: 1. 3623 Hydraulic - full gut renovation, two 2 bed/1 bath units for rent in 11/2024 2. 4900 Gravois - 64 units of new affordable senior housing called Crossroads. Walls going up now and construction to be complete in 10/2025.

5815 Goener has been vacant for years and in need of a new chapter. Thanks to @LSEM_EST1956, @betterbevonow, and Alderwoman Schweitzer, we gained possession, secured the property, and cured all the exterior code violations. The beauty of this 1929 construction is starting to show
