Let me tell you a story. I was streaming Red Dead 2, quite a bit later after its release, about a year. As I’m playing, a series of people keep coming into my chat and spoiling where the best horse in the game is. I’m on my Shire horse. I love my Shire Horse. But it seems anyone else that comes in and sees me riding it, assumes I don’t have my shit together, and they need to take it upon themselves to help me out and tell me where this great best horse is, regardless of my wishes. The entire time, all I can picture in my mind, is a legion of unoriginal, mindless gamers chanting “Must have the best thing always, must have the best.” So on stream, I rode my ass up north to where that special, super rare horse was, and I shot that thing in the face in front of 3k viewers. One of my favorite moments as a streamer.
