Good news for Uttaradit FC, the floodlights will be ready for the Thai League 2 season, there is many other things to do around the stadium before it’s ready but they seem to have full support from the provincial government. Fingers crossed the club won’t have to spend the first leg playing home matches at Phitsanulok.

Nara United win Thai League 3 after a 4-3 aggregate win over Uttaradit. Uttaradit thought they were going to take the game to extra time as the game approached added time with a 1-0 lead thanks to Luan Santos. Nara United made it 1-1 on the night just as the added time was displayed. Congratulations to Nara United on their championship and look forward to seeing them and Uttaradit play Thai League 2 next year.

You can criticise this World Cup for a lot of things but kick off times shouldn’t be one of them, it’s a World Cup, the kick off times are going to be inconvenient for somebody

Congratulations to PT Satun for their promotion to Thai League 2 after defeating Muang Loei United 4-2 on aggregate. PT Satun won the second leg at home 3-1, all goals came in the extra time impressively. Caio was the hero today scoring a hattrick. Attendance: 4994

Full respect to Sarachat as a professional but why on earth is he getting minutes over younger players, Kakana didn’t get on the field at all in the last two matches.

Full Time: China 0 Thailand 0, very poor performance from Thailand who produced absolutely nothing going forward in this game. As well as this China managed 24 shots, it seemed like Saranon had magnets in his gloves because all the shots came directly to him. A draw away to China is not the worst result in the world but the complete lack of attacking threat was very disappointing and made it a very hard watch.

With China’s xG at 1.95 and Thailand’s xG at 0.13 it may appear that China was the better side, however despite having only around 5% of China’s population, Thailand produced about 31% more expected goals per capita.

Hoping we can manage a shot on target in the last 10 minutes but it looks unlikely.

Surachat, Waris and Teerapat on for Teerasak, Seksan and Narubadin on 80th minute. Seksan came in the first half but looked like he himself was injured as he hobbled off.

China have had 19 shots the screen graphic revealed, score suggests even more than that, we are getting peppered

Let’s get Mano back and go back to losing 4-3 instead of this.

Jude and Anan coming on for Weerathep and Teerasil on 60 minutes. Sarach gets the arm band.

Half Time: China 0 Thailand 0, China are beginning to test Saranon but everything has been a routine stop so far. Thailand yet to produce a shot on target, hopefully some subs inspire some more attacking play.

Seksan replaced Thitipan halfway through the first half due to injury, nothing else to note as we approach half time.

Thai League 3 Round Up: Uttaradit 2 Nara United 3 Nara United take a one goal advantage into the second leg, it was clear to see that the lack of jeopardy in the game allowed both teams to play with freedom. Uttaradit were the team chasing all game and finally Elson's goal for Nara, the only goal in the second half was enough to win the game. Attendance: 1759 Muang Loei United 1 PT Satun 1 It was a stalemate at the Loei Riverside Stadium, Caio put PT Satun 1-0 up in the second half however 10 minutes later PT Satun's Big scored an own goal to level the match. Its winner takes all in Satun next Saturday and is arguably the more exciting game of the two second legs next weekend. Attendance: 1016

Full Time - Thailand 2 Kuwait 2, that was not the second half we expected. Thailand looked more creative upfront in the second half but conceded twice due to soft defending. It was a game of little chances outside of the goals scored, probably not a game that will be remembered.

Very disappointing to drew after being 2-0 up, Kuwait did not play particular well and would have hoped to see another Thai goal. We saw glimpses of what Teerapat and Erawan can do, I thought Soonsup Bell did well to get onto some through balls and to keep the attack alive.
