It's logical but many people don't realize it.
The only thing that a Pokemon with a regional variant got is a replacement competitively, with the original without any real limprovement or buff.
It doesn't even make it more popular because only divide people who like the 'species'

Si van a crear "nuevos" Pokemon reutilizando diseños, deberían darse el trabajo de mejorar al original también, ya que solo están haciendo la mitad del esfuerzo, y menos si no incluyen a la cadena completa.
