Smashed @thekauaimarathon half marathon course record by 55s running 1:05:15! So stoked to win here for the 11th year in a row and beat my time by last year by that much. I love this island, the community, the staff and volunteers. I gave the 🤙 to everyone out on the course!

Every additional Kenyan athlete who tests positive drives down the value of all Kenyan athletes as sponsors and event organizers become less inclined to work with Kenyans in general, and more fans think their performances aren't legitimate.

Being fortunate to follow a passion is only possible with an amazing, loving and supportive family. My runs this week were filled with soreness & so much gratitude for these 3! Very excited we’re all making the trip in two weeks for me to race a full marathon again @pghmarathon!
