Not fully sure why all the LLMs sound about the same - over-using lists, delving into โmultifacetedโ issues, over-offering to assist further, about same length responses, etc. Not something I had predicted at first because of many independent companies doing the finetuning.
NEW:
๐ฎ๐ฑ The Israeli parliament (Knesset) just voted laws to prohibit the filming of Missiles.
1. The law prohibits filming interceptions and landings.
2. The law prohibits uploading photos and videos to social networks.
3. The law will prohibit any foreign media that acts against the state from filming throughout the country during a time of war.
4. The law prohibits filming sensitive and strategic locations within the country's territory.
5. The new law does not provide for monetary fines, but for actual imprisonment between 20 months and 30 months.

In our view @X doesnโt comply with the DSA in key transparency areas. It misleads users, fails to provide adequate ad repository and blocks access to data for researchers. Itโs the first time we issue preliminary findings under the Digital Services Act. ๐ europa.eu/!CGPVCV

"I'm Adam Swick, Chief Growth Officer at Marathon, the largest publicaly traded #Bitcoin mining company. I'm here a a huge #Kaspa fan..."
If the rumor is true, and I believe it is, this is going to bring legitamacy and attention to $Kas. Kaspa is NOT just another coin.
I agree with most of what is said, except the absurd assertion that a 100x increase in throughput is a "meaningless gesture", for two reasons:
1. It is true that hoping to fit the entire world economy on an L1 is a fool's errand, but you do want your network to be capacious enough to meet the demands of all L2s. You want to be able to run many services of many kinds without driving utility costs up the roof. You just can't do that with Bitcoin. You need a protocol like $kas that removes security from the equation and provides full security while giving a controllable trade-off between throughput and hardware requirements, exactly like in non-decentralized distributed systems. Once that's accomplished you want to scale your network as much as *reasonable*. Making it capacious enough to accommodate many layers while modest enough to keep hardware requirements low. 3000 TPS on 100$ nodes sounds to me like a very sweet spot, much sweeter than Bitcoin's tight block space.
2. The real performance issue with Bitcoin is not throughput but confirmation times. There is a very clear motivation for an L1 that can provide internet-fast confirmations. This allows you to create L2 solutions that (unlike e.g. LN) do not have to sacrifice security or decentralization to provide speed.
So while it is true that no L1 could accommodate the global economy in its entirety, improving over Bitcoin's trickle of a throughput and abhorrent confirmation times is a very meaningful "gesture", which is why the world needs Kaspa.
