When you are driving recklessly to get from one takeover spot to the next, it comes with a criminal complaint and 30day hold too.
You also need a valid license, insurance, and valid registration to drive legally in California.

It is bad enough to swing it in front of the police. Add a toddler in the back seat and now you have felony child endangerment, a trip to jail, dcfs, and a 30 hold.
