2/3 Le malware a été analysé techniquement : keylogger actif, interception de données, connexion à un serveur distant. Les identifiants de mon fils ont été collectés et utilisés pour lui dérober son compte.
Dossier Support Microsoft ouvert : SIR23668631. Toujours sans réponse.
