Self-horn tootin time: came to a great store mid-October (we plan to be #1), but they just didn’t have the systems in place. Customer Welcome, Quick Connects, Digital Observations all now on-point & we moved the needle from 2500 on ULB to 600 by EOM. Toot toot!

Judy came in today for home internet help. Always brings me an entire box of mentos. Not a candy guy but I have eaten 10,000 mentos over the last few years thanks to Judy & I love her for it!
