I am sympathetic to people wanting an independent England
Even though I think south Scotland (not the Central populated region, the 3 not really populated border provinces) and Wales should be apart of an independent England (and possibly an autonomous, smaller, northern Ireland)

1. If this would happen it should or would include Catalan/Basque regions of France
2. People don't want this, there some decently strong independence movements in Spain
3. Gibraltar has voted before that it doesn't want to be apart of Spain, so why would it say yes to Iberia
