Not sure why they aren't authorized! @SouthwestAir has flights being cancelled around me and they are doing nothing! I guess I wait on the phone again. I sure appreciate being an A-list Preferred customer for 10 years. Or maybe not. Won't even talk to me.
Flight WN 2142 @SouthwestAir was cancelled January 3. Hotel room booked and now waiting for my new flight. I waited on the phone for @SouthwestAir for 2 hours and 3 minutes brlefore giving up. Just talked to the gate agent and they aren't "authorized to give compensation"
