@elonmusk A big congratulations to SpaceXโ€™s greatest IPO and proud to co-build another new Gigawatt AI datacenter for @SpaceX and @XAI within a year! This will be our fastest TTO yet, and easily one of the biggest and most advanced datacenters in the world! Space is our big future! Thanks Elon! @Supermicro

Two weeks ago Alphabet raised $84.75 billion in equity to fund AI infrastructure. Tonight Super Micro is raising $7 billion to do the same. This is becoming a pattern. SMCI disclosed $39 billion in AI server orders received in recent weeks from more than 20 customers. They need $7 billion in equity to buy the components to fill them. The structure mirrors the Alphabet playbook: $1.25B in common stock $3.75B in depositary shares $2.0B ATM program starting Q3 2026 Goldman, JPMorgan, and Citi running the book $39 billion in orders. That is not a backlog built over years. That is orders received "in recent weeks." The demand acceleration for AI server infrastructure is compressing timelines that used to take quarters into weeks. The question is whether this becomes the template. Alphabet raised equity. SMCI is raising equity. Both cited AI infrastructure demand as the reason. Both chose dilution over debt in a rising rate environment. If you are building $39 billion in AI servers, you cannot finance that on a balance sheet that was built for a company one-tenth that size. Equity is the only option. Watch for the next company that does the same. The AI infrastructure buildout is creating a wave of equity issuance that Goldman warned about. Their $600 billion equity supply estimate is looking conservative. The capital markets are being restructured around AI demand in real time. $SMCI $SPY $QQQ

$SMCI will bounce back. It was a 7 billion shelf offering, to buy supplies for the $39 billion worth of orders they received in just the last two weeks. Their projected earnings is $11 billion. They just publicly told us that they are about to quadruple their projected earnings. All in two weeks.

Everyone keeps debating a future $TSLA SpaceX combination, but I think theyโ€™re overlooking whatโ€™s happening right in front of them with SpaceX, xAI, and X. In SpaceXโ€™s IPO presentation, a surprising amount of the discussion centered around AI infrastructure, Colossus, and the massive compute buildout tied to xAI. Then, within days, we learned that Anthropic and Google had signed enormous agreements to purchase AI compute capacity from SpaceXโ€™s infrastructure. That changes the story. This isnโ€™t just SpaceX using AI. Itโ€™s SpaceX monetizing AI infrastructure at scale and turning compute into a business of its own. Anthropic alone is reportedly paying $1.25 billion per month for access to Colossus, while Google signed a separate deal worth roughly $920 million per month. The market still talks about SpaceX as a rocket company. SpaceX seems to be telling investors itโ€™s becoming an AI infrastructure company too. If thatโ€™s the direction this ecosystem is heading, the bigger question may not be whether Tesla and SpaceX become more connected. It may be whether the long-term value creation is increasingly concentrated around the SpaceX xAI X ecosystem that Elon has been quietly stitching together for years. Feels like most people are looking at the rockets while the real story is happening inside the data centers. I personally think X/xAI would be somewhere in a potential merge, instead of their own IPO in the future. What do you think?

$ALDX twice in the last week there has been an unusual amount of daily buying volume like somebody knows something. I donโ€™t know anything about the company, but the chart and volume caught my eye.

A trader thinks that the prices of eggs are going to increase, and so he contacts his broker and asks him to buy 1,000,000 egg futures at $1.70 Sure enough, a week later, the price of egg futures is $2.50, and the trader, happy to ride his winners, places an order for 3,000,000 more egg futures Next month, at $4.30 a piece, he pats himself on the back and restructures his liquid investments to buy another 10,000,000 egg futures At the end of the quarter, egg futures are trading at $7, and the trader finally calls up his broker and tells him to sell them all The broker replies: โ€œTo who? Youโ€™re the egg man!โ€

Second major breaking announcement tonight for $SMCI. After unveiling its new collaboration with $AMD, Super Micro Computer now announced a partnership with $ARM focused on building rack-scale, energy-efficient AI infrastructure powered by Arm AGI CPUs. The companies say the goal is to accelerate enterprise agentic AI deployments while dramatically improving compute density and power efficiency. Arm estimates the platform could deliver more than 2x performance per rack compared to traditional architectures, with potential savings of up to $10B per gigawatt in capital costs. The partnership will include air cooled, GPU optimized, and liquid cooled rack scale systems designed for large-scale AI workloads. Big night for SMCI. This is the second major AI infrastructure partnership announced, and it could move the market tomorrow. Keep a close watch.
$SMCI and $AMD are officially collaborating on the new Helios rack-scale AI platform. The system is built around 72 AMD Instinct MI455X GPUs with EPYC CPUs, Pensando networking, and ROCm software โ€” targeting large-scale AI training, inference, and sovereign AI deployments for hyperscalers and enterprises. Supermicro says the platform is designed for faster deployment and modular scaling from single racks to massive AI clusters. More details expected at Computex.

Our founding fathers fought the British because they increased taxation without representation, from 1% to 1.5%, and today we have Americans totally OK with having businesses taxed at 50%. Wild fucking times.
The incentive is in the fact that there is still incredible upside in American AI even with a 50% tax. Normally Iโ€™d be grossed out by such a tax but with AI being so different/disruptive, I like it

I opened 4 Prismatic SPCโ€™s with my daughter this month and the most valuable cards were the promos. Then we opened a $15 3 pack Walmart prismatic blister and pulled our first SIR. Wild how that worked out. We also opened up six prismatic ETBโ€™s last month and no SIRโ€™s.
