The Method is a Triple IPA that pours a glowing orange hue into the glass. Utilizing potent hop extracts alongside Nelson, Peacharine, and Cascade, it fills the air with notes of ripe peach, lychee, passionfruit sorbet, and citrus candies.
Our fluency in brewing Triple IPAs has reached a point where we felt comfortable incorporating some of the industry's most cutting-edge hop products into these already intensely hop-charged beers. Alongside our dry-hop regimen, we used two hop kief extracts: Kohia Motueka, a lupulin-rich blend with dried passionfruit, and Maui Nelson, enhanced with pineapple extract. Together, they create waves of tropical intensity while contributing virtually no bitterness, essentially sending our pounds-per-barrel rate into the stratosphere.
There's a certain magic in watching a new skill become second nature.
