1. Why am I getting a 403 error when using Codex through the
B.AI API?
To ensure service stability and compatibility,
@BAI_AGI is continuously enhancing support for Codex. Some Codex requests may currently return a 403 error during ongoing infrastructure upgrades. Additional support is already on our roadmap, and updates will be shared through our official channels.
2. Why is cache_hit always showing 0 in DeepSeek V4?
The cache_hit parameter indicates whether a request has successfully matched the cache. Cache hits depend on a highly consistent request context, including prompts, system instructions, conversation history, and tool configurations. As a result, it is normal for cache_hit to remain 0 even when the model is functioning correctly. This does not affect model performance, response quality, or output accuracy.
3. Why didn't I receive the 1:1 bonus credits after topping up?
To give more users the opportunity to participate, the 1:1 bonus program operates under a limited allocation system. Each user can receive up to $100 in bonus credits, while the daily reward pool is capped at $10,000. If bonus credits were not applied after your top up, the daily allocation may have already been fully distributed. The current 1:1 bonus campaign is approaching its final stage, so we encourage eligible users to participate while it remains available.
4. Why hasn't my top up been credited, and why is there no record in my account?
For the fastest and most reliable processing, please use the official deposit address provided on the top up page. Transfers made through smart contracts, intermediary wallets, forwarding services, or other indirect routes may not be automatically recognized by the system, which can affect crediting times. Using the standard deposit method helps ensure a smoother and more reliable experience.
5. Why can I access
B.AI normally, but
api.b.ai shows connection or network errors?
This is usually related to local network conditions or proxy settings. We recommend switching to a different network and verifying that your VPN or proxy service is functioning properly with Global Mode enabled. In some environments, API traffic may be subject to additional restrictions even when the
B.AI website remains accessible. If the issue persists after these checks, please contact our community admins for assistance.
