If you believe the companies that push their junk foods products on you care about your health, then I’m afraid I believe you may be delusional.

Trouble with calories in/out is it’s all about weight loss, so people eat junk food but keep in deficit to lose weight, neglecting the fact they will be causing major harm to their body. That’s not healthy in any way!

Why is health spiraling downwards? Not rocket science. We played our part telling people: 1. Eat less, exercise more, count cal. 2. Eat small meals all day long, made up of appetite-stimulating, blood sugar roller-coastering foods 3. Feel guilty when you gain weight 4. Repeat 1-4

All we hear at tri-nutrition is calories in/calories out from other trainers and nutrition “professionals” yet we very rarely hear a single one mention triglycerides being broken down or glucagon.
