HOT FUZZ was released 18 years ago today. The second entry in Edgar Wright’s Cornetto Trilogy and one of the most beloved British comedies this century, the tale of how it was made is like firing two guns whilst jumping through the air… 1/46

Second night with no electricity. 🫀 I have, however, managed to make a stove-top coffee πŸ‘πŸ˜‹πŸ‘ We have milk and cereal and bread and snacks, so we'll not starve*. 🀣 *we could always jump in the car and go get tea out, but that's hardly the Blitz spirit, is it? πŸ˜‰

Just had an update. They're now estimating Tuesday at 13:00! 96 hours! Four nights without supply. 😬😬 I'm off to work soon for a shower and a shave and to charge mobiles and stuff. I'm sure they won't mind. I'll seek forgiveness afterwards rather than permission up front. 🫀

"I worked a rest day *and* an extra Sunday last month, and the buggers forgot to pay me for both. I *could* wait until next month, but as you're here and showing willing ... I'll give you my account details, and you can sort me out. I'll pay you back in 3 weeks." πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
