Last weekend, a group of our Year 11 and Year 13 D&T students took part in a blacksmithing workshop at Newbury Show.
Students learnt how to form and join metal alongside professional blacksmiths to create a steel flower!

Year 10 D&T students visited Shaw House Altered States sculpture exhibition this week to find inspiration for their design work. Students saw creative use of materials, forms and construction and reflected on the innovation of the designs, which they have been learning about.
