Today, MPs will vote on cutting £3,000 a year from 750,000 low-income sick and disabled people deemed too ill to work.
That’s a £2 BILLION cut.
This has had hardly any media coverage.
And the Government snuck out the Impact Assessment only last night.
A minister has finally admitted that spending on working-age benefits is stable, and is not spiralling out of control, despite months of claims from his own department and fellow ministers.

On today’s Hall of Shame is Lisa Nandy, a Labour front-bencher because she will support the government as they cut vital disability benefits.
Though she has not publicly stated if she supports or disagrees with the cuts, I believe you must take sides on this - because when it comes to people’s lives, you must.
Neutrality and silence is just as bad as supporting the cuts. Abstaining is just as bad as complicit.
You know she’d have to support the cuts or she wouldn’t be on the front bench.
Shame!

The Department for Work and Pensions has hidden the truth from a coroner about its role in a disabled woman’s suicide, allowing ministers to avoid having to explain how they would prevent more benefit claimants taking their own lives.

Protect Disabled people who cannot work from planned cuts to benefits
We want the Government to halt all planned benefit cuts for disabled people unable to work. Instead of reducing benefits, we want them to rise in line with inflation. We want support, not hardship and deprivation, for those who cannot work.
