I placed a trixie for £43 & my cashout was £9 lower because of a non runner i presume in the trixie as both other horses had shortned in price.
I asked to cash out at the staked amount 1/2

An hour went by & this was the response & attitude i got from one of your ‘supervisors’ i didnt want to cash out for less than i had staked as it made absolutely no sense.
Both agents didnt understand a word i was saying and presumed to get frustrated at me 2/3
