Reading comments on #ImChevyChaseAndYoureNot, I doubt if we saw the same film. Yes, Chevy could be a nightmare to work with. But depression, abuse, addiction & brutal critics matter. His own worst enemy yet a loving husband & father. Fan since the ’80s; this deepened my respect.
F*cking Tarantino. Though I haven’t liked his films since Jackie Brown, I've respected his knowledge of cinema. But now he’s this increasingly irrelevant, out of touch creep whose cringy opinions cause embarrassment. I doubt his "final masterpiece" will change my view in any way.
It*s safe to say that The Outfit from 1973 is the best Parker-movie so far. This new #PlayDirty -thing doesn't hold a goddamn candle: Wahlberg is woefully miscast in the lead and the whole sh*t show is a half-assed mess of tired silliness.
2004's Pit Fighter. Who remembers this one? Directed by Jesse Johnson. Starring real-life tough guy Dominique Vandenberg with none other than @TheScottAdkins in a supporting role! Haven’t heard much talk about this in ages. Maybe a time for rewatch? @BulletproofPod@bigmikeleeder
Damn! #BallerinaMovie became my favorite in the #JohnWick series. Great action scenes, shot and edited perfectly. But why treat Slavic mythology so stupidly? Why use Kikimora or Baba Yaga if you're only going to take the names and crap on everything else? Otherwise: spot on!
